Gets values used in SimulateDemand
Details
Gets values used in SimulateDemand. Per-subject residuals are matched to
the returned x price columns by EXACT identity
(make.names(as.character(x)) – no numeric tolerance), so a
subject's price values must match the global price set bit-for-bit. A
subject missing a price contributes NA for that price (tolerated
by sdindex's na.rm = TRUE); a subject with a duplicated
price is rejected with an informative error naming the subject and the
duplicated price(s), since duplicate rows have no well-defined single
residual to place in that column.
